All engineers either (Bhutanse or Non Bhutanese) currently working or aspiring to work in the construction/consultancy firms are hereby required to register with the CDB along with the following documents in person after submission of the online application.
- One password size photo.
- Once Academic transcripts to be produced for verification.
- Undertaking letter with legal stamp to be sign at the CDB office.
