The four-day Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for the inaugural batch of construction leaders commenced on March 24 and concluded on March 28. The programme aimed to build key leadership competencies for effective personal and organizational development, strengthen team spirit and organizational culture to drive company growth and success, and foster a shared understanding of the vision of a developed Bhutan.
