* Class D contractor do not need any employees as the work sizes are usually small and manageable by the propietor himself.
- Registered Office
Class C and above contractors are required to establish a registered office which shall be physically checked.
- Works in Hand
Class A contractors are not allowed to take up not more than 5 works at once, while Class B and C not more than 3 works, whereas Class D can execute only one work at a time.
- Financial Capacity and Track Record
