Download CDB Regisration and Industrial Licence form from the downloads section of this site. (select the form for Class D) |

Fill in the two forms with the demanded informations. (Endorsement from dzongkhag or municiple authorities is not required as per the new rule) |

Submit the completed industrial licence form to your Regional Trade Office (RTO) and the filled CDB Registration Form to CAB for endorsement along with the copy of following documents:

Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card
Security Clearance Certificate from Royal Bhutan Police

With the endorsement from CAB, next submit the form to Construction Development Board (CDB). |

CDB will accept your application but will be instructed to attend an induction course which is conducted periodically. |
 |
Once the induction course is successfully completed, an applicant will be issued the CDB Certificate. |
 |
Finally, an applicant can participate in tenders once he/she acquires both the CDB Certificate and Industrial Licence. |
