INSTITUTIONAL SETUP
Registered Secretariat Office
The Association with its registered Secretariat Office in the capital Thimphu
interacts & liaise with the central authority, the government
agencies including corporate and related external agencies in the
country. The General Secretary is the Head of the secretariat.
Dzongkhag Liaison Committee
DLC is established in the respective Dzongkhags represents common
issues/concerns for the local contractors with the local authority
and the Secretariat, within the parameters of Association’s
constitutional mandate and in consultation with the Secretariat.
