CONSTITUTIONAL ORGANS

The two main constitutional organs of the Association are:

The General Body, which is the governing body of the Association, comprises of 50 members as follows:

Vice President	1 Vice Chairperson
Chairperson & a member of the 18 DLC	28 Members
Executive Members	16 Members
General Secretary	1 Member Secretary

The Executive Committee, which is the executing body for the Association, comprises of 17 Executive Members including the General Secretary as the Member Secretary, under its President as the Chairperson as follows:

Class 'A' Contractors Representatives	6 Members
Class 'B' Contractors Representatives	3 Members

The Dzongkhag Liaison Committees, are being established in the following 18 Dzongkhags constituting of 1 member each:

Mongar	Trashigang	Trashiyangtse
Lhuentse	Zhemgang	Trongsa
Bumthang	Samtse	Samdrup Jongkhar
Paro	Punakha	Wangdiphodrang
Sarpang	Chukha	Dagana
Tshirang	Pemagatshel	Haa

The Implementing Body is the Secretariat Office headed by General Secretary, who is also the Member Secretary to the Executive Committee and the General Body.
